Me and my friend were coming up with ideas and i came up with the pied piper.
I really like the design although my scanner kills the rich colours of anything that goes on paper. So imagine that the colours are nice rich colours.
Instead of getting rid of rats, he rids of children, in a most disturbing way.

Uh oh..I think someone has a gift with character designing! xD His outfit is very imaginative and beautiful to boot! I love the elegant old style of clothes this reminds me of...what has fashion come to today? D: sagging pants down to your ankles...
