So my project for Music Composition class was to make something that sounded like absolute crap.
I tried to accomplish this using my acoustic guitar and a microphone. I hit notes that totally clashed and then I played a song in open D tuning that was supposed to be played in standard tuning. I also rubbed the microphone against the strings.
Unfortunately, I liked it. Everyone said that they liked it. After this song was done playing on my iPod on the speakers, a Genesis song came on and everyone was like 'Aaaahhh turn it off'
So, I thought I failed it. But Jon gave me a B. Yay.
And its actually 1 minute and 55 seconds.
And yes, I do play guitar better than this.

It sounds like something you'd hear in a movie soundtrack, when weird/creepy stuff is going on.
