I KNOW it was yesterday but I DID finish it today! In around 2-3 hours at 10:30PM. My bro was home though and already on the computer(that and I was tired) so no real chance to put it up before the deadline. So I just decided to do it today instead. Here is Iris.EXE from Megaman Battle Network. I couldn't find any official art of her(outside of my manga; but she's not in COLOR there!)so I had to rely on the LIMITED fanart I could find of her!

EDIT-Yes, I know the sleeve under her hand is white but I just chose to do the color of her overall shirt for effect. I did it on purpose. Sorry that my copic marker for the skin-tone starting smudging black. I was rushing and didn't inspect it beforehand. I threw it away and now must get a new one.
