Here is a reference about the new Kay.
Is a Sonic style with chibi style.
Well, how you know, Reflex is Kay's malignant essence, but he got if liberate and this time became one... Soul. Somehow he is free. But he is... Good. Moreover, the seal still keeps half his essence sealed, and with this essence, black energy.
And like me already explained before, Kay does not own control under black energy. If that type of energy has contact with Kay, he transforms in a CHAOS-
[link] . Its only defense against black energy is if transform in a chao as soon as to feel that that type of energy is nearby.
Even so, he owns other risk: If the seal break, the essence with the black energy take his body and he becomes a darkness creature- Darkness Kay

And that that has it to do with this reference?
So, there that is.
Kayer who all of them know (without the marks...) It is Reflex and Kat's Union in his body. What happens if he managed to separate them and expels them of his body?- That.
Nobody besides Kay can sees them. Except Ruby and Sarah (Guardians of Yin and Light), but they only see Kat.
But you only saw Kay/Reflex up to now. It arrived to hour to showing Kay/Kat.
Note that Kay centralized is Kay Normal.
An innocent, young, intelligent child, besides being worse that Ruby (know... Siblings fights xD ). Only owns normal attacks and controls the ice. It can use Yang sword but does not have access to your special attacks (that need his magic.), And cannot invoke Black Sword (made sword of the magic of your left arm, it is all black). Owns the normal right arm. It uses blue and white.
In the left, have Kay/Reflex, who all of them know. Below his a drawing of the "The Reflex" (is ugly... And full of mistakes and scribbles.), His hands are black.
In this form, Kay is gloomy, quiet and serious. It can be cold sometimes, but it continues to be good inside. How he lost the right arm when Reflex and Kat were in his body, he replaces it with its own magic, being one of his tender points (if some user of white magic hit it in full, cause much damage). Other abilities are to move objects and to control the mind with his magic, and these abilities have a certain time's limit, depending on the magic quantity that he uses.
Kay can use the Darkness Cut with its right hand to need uses Yang Sword or Black Sword, your blow is a simple scratch that lets the black reached location.
He can use Yang Sword to perform
Darkness Cut or
Darkness Hole.
Besides a powerful attack called
Darkness Despair.
Moreover, he can use the arm magic to create a black sword, call Black Sword. This sword owns the same attacks of Yang Sword who uses black magic.
If you are used near Yang Sword, it can enlarge
Darkness Cut, being born thus
Double Darkness Cut and
Darkness "X" Cut.
Now, about the "The Reflex" himself: Reflex is malignant and bad-mannered. Your design continues to be the same. (In the drawing, he stayed somewhat... Scribbled xD). Your design can be seen here:

Kay/Reflex uses blue and black.
In the right, I thought: "How would be Kay with Kat?", Then I did it. Below his it is Kat (yes, he seems with Shadow... Neither so much his spines are different...), Yang Soul.
Kay/Kat's Personality is heroic and confused. He is much comic.
Your right arm is normal, but involved by a blue flame. Kay can use the magic of Yang Sword and to use attacks of white magic. But does not get it controls it right. It cannot invoke Black sword, but can cure the others with this flame.
Yang Sword owns hidden abilities, for now Kay only discovered the
Portal Dimension and
Yang Recovery.
Kat in himself is good, heroic and confused, and it sometimes seems to be a girl for cause of this. xD
Kay/Kat uses blue and azure (color ref.-
[link] ).
But, like Kay already owns independent forms, thought he would stay much Overpower.
Only that... These forms (Chaos Kay and Darkness Kay) they only work if "The Reflex" and Kat are in Kay's Body. The form Yang only can be made if Yin Jewel is united Yang Jewel.
