Finally I managed to come up with an awesome Fossil Pokemon
Raptail!
After doing the research I came up with this awesome design
Functional yet cool. Anyways its ability is either Motor Drive or Lightning Rod, obviously
Anywho it Evolves into Velocirod at lvl. 28
Also he is revived from the
Tail Fossil
and you know what I'm gonna say... Raptail is mine and...
POKEMON BELONGS TO GAME FREAK AND NINTENDO AND NOT ME!!! OKAY?! Got it? UNDERSTAND?!
