Fourth of a set of monochromatic colorings.
This is Hex in a new outfit, which I actually like a whole lot better than his old one.
In fact, this may be his new look.
Those stripes on his tail and arms, and face, are tattoos. And yes, his big tail blade has been broken since his last design.
