It doesn't really matter what medium you work with...it's always going to be awesome isn't it? :)
Initially the hair really stands out to me and makes me stare in awe of the colours, then the stylisation on the face that maintains the correct proportions, lighting and colour and then, finally, the amazing work on the outfit that seems to just exude innovation and awesomeness all at once. Really beautiful work.
One thing about oils; always work in layers. Seriously, everyone tells me that. Though I have to say they are a lovely type of paint to work with but heck, they require some skill.
