Was randomly rewatching some Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon SuperS episodes today and decided to draw my favorite villain.
Fisheye's so adorable, yet there doesn't seem to be very much fanart for him. :/ *hugs Fishie* Poor baby. If I had my way, Fishie would be with Mamoru, leaving Usagi open to be with Seiya.
(...And for those who weren't aware, yes, Fisheye = guy. Not girl.)
