I redrew Viddy, my old collge character.. he hates birds.
he can materialize his lower half into anything that he wants.. in this case a hungry beast.. poor little bird.
he is a spirit from another world, and in that world he looks a little bit different... his enemy in that world is similar to what birds look like! traveling into this world, he and his brothers take forms of the first bodys they lay their little spirts on, some stuff animals and a voodoo doll *vidy* when they reach out side.. his brothers are torn apart by a flock of birds! *only making him hate them more* and when it happens, thats when his lower body forms into a bit of his power that he holds dear in his own realm....

Augh, the shades and values of this is just so very delectable! For a moment I thought the dark blob was his shadow, but after looking at it closer I see that it's a part of him and eager to eat the birdy (WHICH, by the way, is adorable. I'd eat it, too. X3) You make me want to do some pencilwork. :0
That's a really neat character concept, and a beautiful drawing. It's hard to make graphite work look finished, but this is just awesome.
