WOW! So amazing, and I love Shikamaru He looks like a real guy, like you just took a photo. And I love the way his face doens't look anime-fied, you made it so that's what he'd look like in real life. A little thing you could work on is his ponytail doesn't have much detail. His hair is so beautifully detailed, in my opinion it would look better if the ponytail had an equal amount of detail as well as the perfect shading.
