Try going to the Nintendo DS official website (or Nintendo.com), and you can make an appointment to send it in for a repair. My DS has a [L] button that won't work, and I'm thinking about sending it in, myself.

well I know over here in Scotland, theres a Video Game shop in Glasgow an dClydebank called G-Force that do Video Game Console repairs, dunno about anywere else though sorry
