OMG.... how long has it been since I last drew anything that's not HP or FMA....?

Anyway, fanart of Veigue from the new "Tales of" series - "Tales of Rebirth". Sorry for my pathetic attempt at drawing a background... I'm having a fever at the moment and my brain is not working properly.... *faints*
