Her name was Mao, and she was and is from the Dravi race created by http://sailormars.sheezyart.com/
Originally the make up of the race was part elf, part dragon, and part...I've forgotten the 3rd thing.
I'm not so hot for elves, so Dusk let me use a vampire humanoid for the base.
Mao was all for the night, being vampiric and all, but her name never sat well with me. So i renamed her and the new name "Adventstorm" now didn't match what she'd looked like before, so she was redesigned in the end as well.

I know it should be in scraps, but I've been putting all of my work there lately when i do bother posting here at all, and i'm personally really pleased with this redesign, so i'm posting out of scraps.
just so you don't have to count, I'm fairly certain that there are 13 belts on her.
I've been playing to much final fantasy and kingdom hearts.
