Ok, first off, I simply recreated an existing image here. I have no idea who this was originally done by (someone who does the Batman comics), but here's the original image:

Secondly, the reason for recreating this image (and there will be more) is for a character study so that I may get comfortable enough to draw the character on my own. I have a grand opus I'm going to dedicate to this wonderful villain...so I had to start somewhere.
At any rate, I hope someone enjoys this.
