Anyways. I wanted to revamp Epsilon. He really needed a new style. Although his outfit didnt chage much, his hair was my main concern.

Okay, so i DID change his shirt. I took off the Hurricane symbol, and only left the hurricane warning flags.

This is my hurricane boy, Epsilon, birthday..November 29th. Based off of Hurricane Epsilon, the sixth hurricane recorded in December.
