Am making 3D organs for my job at the holoprojection lab. These are aveoli, and are the grape-like little sacs in your lungs that absorb the oxygen into your bloodstream. This is an early model, I don't know how to put the veins on though, or make the aveoli hollow. Does anybody have any idea how? I would much appreciate it.

Veins could be achieved with normal/displacement maps, saving you time on tedious detailing. As for the hollow aveoli, all models are automatically built as hollow, in fact it's not possible to make a model solid, as far as I know.

If you want to show that they're hollow you can make them opaque, but to give depth you could boolean a slightly smaller version of the spherical model to make it look like they're not one dimensional.

this looks cool
I had a game once called 3d body in 1993
that you played in your pc and you got to see the body's organs in 3d
where ever you put the cursor in the "invisibleman" or the woman model
the ovaries etc but it was more of teh main organs and less tissue, vessels, or things like
the eye lid etc. Looking good.
