Violet Parr, from The Incredibles. I love love love her character design and development, so much so that I nerdishly dressed up as her for my second screening of the movie. (It helps that we have the same hair. )
Her beautiful hair was the best part of the movie. And yeah, her development through the movie was expected but still great. Yah know, that movie just kicked ass all around! They need to hurry and get it on DVD!
