This is very cute and I like the way you drew the girl very much. Her hair is oh so shiny n' smooth. And the cat is cute. Some of the problems I see with it is that her eye has three light circles which would mean that there were three different light sources. Next time try doing it with only one circle thing.(I honestly don't know what its called ) Now for the kitty. He is cute but it just looks kinda funny with him having one hand and one paw. And the pointing arm seems longer than the other. And it might look better with the tail being a little lower.
Sorry but I like giving creative criticism, I'm not trying to be mean or anything. I'm just pointng out ways for you to improve.
