Never actually played the game, but the dark Pokémon were interesting.
This guy seems to be guarding the Treasures of the Islands, Fire, Ice and Lightning. Makes you wonder where the true guardian of the sea is.
Yes, the lighting is off, darn my random change of perspective. And yes, that is Fire Island in the background, but I couldn't find a good reference. So let's pretend it looks like that.
His name is Ahti, by the way. Finnish god of the ocean.
