Good start, but it looks a bit flat. Like evilagram was saying, it needs more detail. Especially in the torso area. Face looks awkward also, but I do like the hair coloring. xP
Really I think you just need to work on your anatomy and perspective. Try taking real photos of people and trying to copy them, lines, shades, and all. Even if you want to draw anime, drawing real people will help your perspective and anatomy. =)
