I love the whole feel of this picture. It's 'cute' rather than 'sexy' because that *is* Jam. She is that kind of wide-eyed innocent. Even in such an out-fit I feel like you can see that *_*
Another thing I really like is a mouth. It's a very sweet smile - and stands out stronger than her clothing. I hope that if you colour it, the enphasis remains there! (though the red of her hair will partly guarantee that).
