the cool crisp air of night
The cool crisp air of a rainy night
When one finds that magnificent place under the moonlight,
Where everything is but a beautiful sight,
With but a breeze in your hair and damp grass in between your toes with just a gentle rain that fills your heart with might,
When doth the moon is full with a ghostly glow but shines through the clouds oh so full of fluff yet thunderous power, the moon sits still ever so bright,
Then when thee stops to smell the field of flowers and hear the rain fall into the pond before them, breathe in the newly clean, cool, crisp air at its height,
Thus one suddenly falls calm but yet tired from the days ordeals ye’s eyes begin to droop and thus, this you do not fight,
Thou art thus removes thy clothes as they walk into the warm rain on their way to the dark waters of the pond to heal, bathe and relax in the warm Fahrenheit,
But as one grows weary of this they leave the pool of water and trudge back to the tall grass fall, lie and rest in the moon’s, captivating, radiating, glorious glow of light,
For as you have always once done, do again, tell yourself that demons will not come and bite,
Thus that in this night,
Thou will dream but of nothing other then a beautiful warm day on a grassy hill with your friends and offspring, flying a kite,
That you will dream but happily and not wake in terrible fright,
To a place that is chaotic, dark and mercilessly unforgiving with only fear and pain to grip you oh so tight,
But go ahead, continue to allow thy self, to drift off and sleep ever so deeply and dream despite,
For it is not ones self, but rather it tis the righteous that doth smite,
Does it really a matter of what is wrong or right,
Though its name of Why varies from person to person, regardless of What one must learn to harness it carefully, though this will not fill you with delight,
It is only ones Loyalty to evolution and survival that will you survive as whole to grow, and I but ask will you wake to the warmth of the first rays of morning sunlight?
