Let's see, critique. The breasts are a bit too high, there's not enough space from the breasts to the crotch. Best way to measure the female anatomy is to measure with head sizes. One tip I learned that's really helpful is that the female upperbody and torso is made up of 4 heads. 1) head, 2) tip of chin to nipple 3) nipple to belly button 4) button to crotch. Believe me, it helps a lot.
It looks good. All I can say is that for moe and what i read in my art books, the hips are as wide as the shoulders. And yeah, otherwise its a good practice peice!
