This was first a pen drawing, on paper it looked alright, so it got scanned, and as there's been to much time between the pen drawing and the colouring in photoshop I don't really like it anymore, should try this concept again one day, from scratch. For now I'll just upload it, please do tell me what you honestly think about it. :)

PadawanSerry Says:

I like it, although it confuses me when I look at it.
Is it on a mountain?
reminds me of middle earth... Gondor mostly, maybe I read the books and watch the movies too much.

ChristineXII Says:

oh, well, I like the contrast between the sharpness of the lines and the blurrier spots of color, that's cool. and the purple monochromatic color scheme is really pretty, it makes it very dreamy feeling. I agree with padawanserry, not necessarily that it's LOTR, but it definitely has a fantasy book feeling to it, it would be well suited to being an illustration in some book about adventures and elves and dragons. =)

Merina Says:

I like it a lot, and I also notice the water stream you told about xD

Sarconda Says:

not bad though, the stairs seem a little awkward but still nice ^^

JelmerBV Says:

Looks a bit special/different, but still nice ^^

Morfills Says:

Beautifull!

Rafica Says:

your talent is stretching to the sky, your recent arts have really been amazing, and this is no exception

PyroShade Says:

wow thats awesome!

mater lupa Says:

Dunno...I've seen the original scetch...The colouring is nice, but I don't really like what you added (the waterhole?). It looks like a page wich has been ripped open or something.I don't think that's what you meant to create?

Smiling Devil Says:

I like it, though I don't think the colors 'fit' with the drawing itself... the drawing is a piecefull one, but the colors aren't in my eyes.

I do like the kind of 'Escher' effect you have in this picture, though it probably wasn't intended.
