You did NOT do that on purpose. Don't try to fool us. If you had done it on purpose, it wouldn't be so slight and subtle. It was a mistake and you know it.
In the future, lower the reference point of the object that you're rotating (the pivot point... the white dot...) to the spot that you want it to rotate around, rather than rotating it, and moving it around afterwards.
The drawing is good, but you need to work on your animution.
