I met an awesome person named Bonnie at Oklacon, who commissioned me to make her an Icon for the Oklacon Forums,, she goes by CutePuppy, though she had no character of her own.
So this became a quest to define what 'CutePuppy' is, after deliberating this for a while, I had a revelation and asked her if I could make her a Springer Spaniel.
She was happy about it, because it turns out her first dog was a Springer, how cool is that?
*intuition*
but anyway, I started and finished this today, and am quite pleased with it, hopefully my machine cooperates when I try to post my description/upload this time, this is my second try
it froze the first time.
It was quite fun making her char, I like the malamute-like blaze on her face, I had to have it since it's just too adorable, and I wanted to make little freckles below her eyes X).
Hopefully Bonnie likes this, now CutePuppy is a Welsh Springer Spaniel :)

The yoyo really IS a nice touch, pulling the fenced aqua outside her frame like that. She's poke-ably cute.

I really like this picture. Not fully sure why. The body shape and face, as well as the fur texture of the face/ears/body seem to match "as they should". It just conveys a realism to me.
