Gaia commission: Photo Portrait

Another commission for Gaia. This girl wanted her photo cartoon-ized.
I came up with this, which is half vectors with brush strokes and half hand-drawn, both in Photoshop.
Did I mention I love Liechtenstein? I might color this in his style some day.
