This is a scene from EarthBound, one of THE GREATEST games ever spawned. This is when Ness confronts Mr. Carpainter in Happy Village. Carpainter tries to destroy Ness with lighting, only to see that Ness has equipped the Franklin Badge, which deflects lighting strikes.
Also, this has to be one of my best coloring jobs ever.
