Its so cute! And the colors are fantabulouss!! I love the shading on the dress! the coloring in the hair and skin could be better. U need to practice shading in SHAPES. Shadows are shaps, not gradients. There CAN be gradients, but u have to use them wisely. Like it's ok on te dress. In fact it looks great on the dress. It's just the ur overusing it and ur forgetting to put shading in the other places eg. spine, under nose, under eyes, the guy's shadow on his jacket from the arm etc.
also I think the heads are a bit... too long for the width. Thats all
Otherwise, I love it! I love soft coloring cus i cant do it. I go with all out colors and amature paintings so I love it. I guess people want wat they cant have

I won't say anything Koiyu's already said; there's one more thing I'd like to add to her suggestions. Try and imagine how it'd be like to recieve the girl from the dancefloor and closing in for the kiss. The guy (I think) wouldn't be standing so stiffly - he might be leaning in, naturally pulling her into his body maybe. It'll add more mood to your pieces if there's more movement. Otherwise, love the dress ;D
