About the only critiques I could offer up would be that the joints "pop" too much, making him move somewhat puppet/robot-like.. Also, elbows should be a little more relaxed and actually lead the arm backward instead of the wrist. As well as loosen up the neck a bit.
I'd give details on how to accomplish this, but unfortunately my technical knowledge is based around Maya and SoftimageXSI, not Lightwave..
