Terminal

Some photo manipulation of a shot I took on June 30th, 2007, in the Edmonton airport. I gave it a gritty cinema feel - blur, grain, exposure, saturation, and cropping. I even made sure the photo was the proper 16:9 ratio for wide-screen, and added the black bars on either side so the whole image fits the 4:3 ratio for full-screen.

Technicalities aside, Edmonton airport was the quietest airport I've ever seen, especially compared to Heathrow in London where I had just flown from. The only other person around was asleep on a bench just out of shot. I thought it was a good idea, so I took a nap after this shot too.
