Thanks to Uni work, this is rather old now but I finally had some time tonight to sit down and flashify this.
Dick is an evil racer, because, in a crash, his eyes got impaled on his steering wheel. But like, he made a pact with some big evil racer, who gave him his silver/blue eyes for a price. He went slightly insane as a result. Or something.
