I put this together a while ago, but I figured I would share it on here. The forum is phpBB 3.0 RC7 which was ported from 2.x a while ago. I was tasked to make a custom color scheme for us, and this is what I came up with.

This was actually my first shot as CSS editing, it took me a long time to work on it compared to how long it would take now.
