A translated Keatone writing based on the words of the Keatone Elders:

To everything that is, there is a shape.
To everything that moves, there is a force.
To everything that lives there is a soul.
All these things are one in the spirit.
We are the one.
All things of a world are shapes, they are the things one touches and sees. The shape is what gives form to all things. All things that move need energy, the forces which guide and power. The force is what gives energy to all things. Shapes and forces are fragile, changing and interacting continuously that they are never the same. One active and one dormant, each are but different parts of the same whole.
All life has a soul. The soul is what brings thought and conscious to the world. Unlike the shapes and forces, the soul is strong. The soul is born in a shape, and uses the forces, but does not need them to exist. When the shape is destroyed the soul will live on.
All creatures are made of these three parts.
All except us.
The shapes, forces and souls all come from the spirit, the substance that makes them all. The spirit exists everywhere because there is nothing it does not create.
We are the Keatone, we have but one part, the spirit itself.
We have the thought and immortality of the soul, we have the body of a shape, we have the movement of the forces… but we are none of those things… and yet we are all of them.
We see the spirit.
We protect its peace.
That is why we were created.
