Two days ago me and one of my friend went to a shop where they sell all kind of used stuffs. Buried under piles and piles of crap we found my golden crap. A
CASIO PT-80. I like to collect these kind of useless junks, so I bought it. Since then in my spare time I've been trying to put something out of this shitbox, and what you can listen to here is pretty much where I am at right now. It's unfinished rough and full of mistakes but I wanted to record it to show how THE "thing" can sound. Please understand that this fuckboard is pretty damn hard to play since it's pretty much monophonic (it'll play only one sound at time and it will automatically choke the last sound). The drum beat is made of samples of the rhythm "drum machine" of the said PT-80. I went further by adding some more "modern" sounds at some part in the song but I wanted to keep it the most minimalistic possible (the drum machine plus me playing all the rest in real time). So all is pretty much said about that thing.
