This started out as a remake of the Wizard from "The Wizard of Oz" as part of my character design homework. But eventually i decided 'to hell with that, imma make him a satyr.'
then this spawned. when i finished, i realized i was missing several crucial elements from the assignment.. so guess i have to redo it. :\
still, i like how it came out. -- its now a piece for my AP Studio Art Portfolio.

I absolutely LOVE the combination of letters and visuals here. The layered look (whether intentional or not) really draws me into this.
It's also nice to see other people working on their AP Portfolio stuff. Somehow I find it reassuring. :3
