Over due for a picture of Rei, all the ones I have in my gallery look like CRAP DX, so when I remembered this in my scraps, I figured "Hell, it still looks pretty damn good to me, I'll line it 8D!"
I'm still proud of this pic, even if the anatomy and mouth/tongue is all messed up, its still one of my favorite pics I've ever done of rei :c su... enjoy or something...
