This is Satan Madox, a character from a comic idea my boyfriend made. She's married to Johnathan Madox and has two sons: Her first was created from one of her toe nail clippings, while her second was actually conceived. Anyway, she runs Apple Core, the corporation that's going to bring about the Apocalypse, with her first son. Poor Paxuexue.
