Shun from the past that always comes back
Shun from the past that always comes back
The Devil so coy, his smirking lies
And as I'm held in his gaming wit,
He splits me in two completely flipped
Personalities each on its own lives
One I know from long ago
I rather forgot and let them go
And one I allow to show
Now don't let the other overthrow
Gather around as past collides
With the present's eyes
Watch as anger combine
In an intertwining fight
I see you before me
The anger is raging
The hatred is craving
For you, the past to bleed
Their tears so pathetic
Their pleas all defective
Their fears all synthetic
They're sweet, so poetic
Apologetic but not any-
Where near aesthetic
They stare so blankly
I scream so frankly
You're worthless; I hate you!
You're hopeless; I’m not you!
Punch your face the blood will race
Knock you down breathe in the ground
Kick your gut and watch you throw up
You're shaking, listen bones breaking
You're worthless; I hate you!
You're hopeless; I’m not you!
My Friends are screaming
Demanding I stop my beating
The Devil smirking still scheming
I'm still fighting, not fleeting
You desire redemption
For your unholy conception
Crying is no exception
To your defying deception
You're worthless; I hate you!
You're hopeless; I'm not you!
I go to take the final blow
The Hatred throbbing in my head
I see your bleeding, I see me bleeding
I'm only half of the one I've become
You've needed me, I needed you
But now, I killed you, I've killed me
Shun from the past but it always comes back
Shun from the past but it always comes back

Yeah, I regret some things in my past, but I keep trucking. Nice peace of advice.
