CAN YOU MARCH THE WAY TO GLORY
Eighteenth commission for Mankey. A gift art for an old friend of both of ours, the former "Sonic's" Sakura. Not sure these days, BUT at the time this was ordered, she had gone with a new design. I remember some of the initial sketch she made when I was remaking her CAW in SmackDown! Vs. Raw 2006, so I took what I recalled and a pic made by Toru (Death), and slapped up this. Also got a ghostly figure of the form she used to be in the back. Mankey told me to make the pose inventive, so I decided to go with the crazy angles Street Fighter Alpha 3 sported in some of it's win pictures for each character.
Oh, and Sakura, if you're reading this, Mankey wanted to say that he ordered this as a gift for you because despite "certain situations" that happened in the past, he still care for you as one of his closest friends.
