The coloring is pretty, gives it a sort of bouncy feel =) except for the skirt around her waist, the lack of an outline makes it look off compared to the rest of her which is outlined.
And as far as what Ani said, the head is a little of center, since it's turned the neck shouldn't be directly under the chin. And as far as the fingers... only the curled hand looks a little strange since it came out smaller than her other hand, and the thumb should probably disapear behind the fingers rather then look squeezed next to them to fit.
I really like how the boots came out though, you always make me jealous the way you draw heels >_< *sucks at high heels*
