A Haze Over Her Realm

Sometimes, the simplest walls can bring the most joy!

I'm very happy to have found this scan of Navi, the Nature Witch from the game Luminous Arc. I was a bit worried at first, because the scan's quality wasn't too impressive when I first looked at it. But thanks to 's advice, I was able to use a new technique she taught me to make it look much better.

The entire wall was done pretty easily, I took a photo of a fogged up forest (which was black and white), changed the color balance and used the channel mixer a bit, and the image became much greener . The fog effect was done with brushes using the "dissolve" effect, added a huge Gaussian Blur to it, and then finished with a masked gradient.
