Well, the long delayed picture inspired by the MV, "It's my life", featuring Gwen Stefani. Well, if you haven't watched it before, you OUGHT TO have a watch :9
About the picuture, I just want to make something more than a normal portrait. So I grabed the 2 different moment, when she is crying out "it's my life". But her different status make the scene. It's the contrast so to speak.

besides, it's my VERY FIRST picture done completely in Painter. It's much more inconvenient than photoshop, but has a better coloring performance. All the efforts turned out worthy at last. Possibly my best portrait work here ;3

I'm admittingly not a dedicated fan of No Doubt. I support thier creative efforts to certain extents but generally have kept my distance, though thier rendition of this 80s song, and the subsequent video, did defiantly leave a positive feeling with me. So what does this all mean?
