I'll never understand why I keep getting that weird black box around my images, LOL.

So yeah, I was working on this yesterday to brush up on CGing. It's been so long. Half-way through coloring her hair, I noticed that it didn't look right... then I realized I forgot how I used to color it. ...UH. Need practiiiiice.

Anyway, here's my entry for an OC Nobody club over on dA cuz I wanna be a cool kid, too. Before anyone asks, NO, she's not extremely thin with huge boobs and hips. She's actually chubby. More cushion for the pushin'. I didn't want to make the usual really skinny/busty/sexy type of girl.

Name: Mireax (Pronounced "Mir-ahs")
Original: Marie (Yes, it's not my name, but an old nickname from my softball days. I was told on countless occasions that I look like a "Marie" not a "Monica", LOL.)
Element: Tracking (In a nutshell: She's a living, walking GPS.)
Weapon: Trident Main Gauche (A sword with three blades, basically looks like this when extended: http://www.gothicfantasy.com/dagger/13Z1031.jpg )

Anything else you'd want to know is basically up in the image, I guess. She's gets annoyed/angry pretty easily and has Nobodies who don't really fight so much as just give her information. She's not much of a fighter all-around, she's there more so for support and information gathering. I just gave her a weapon to give her some way to defend herself, LOL.

She feels some sort of connection to the pendant she wears, but doesn't understand why. She can't remember a thing from her past, and though it frustrates her, she doesn't care to do anything about it. What's done is done with her and there's no point in dwelling over what was.
