This is the newest edition to SMJ-Rock aka Pretty Guardian Sailor Lotis, Yami-Raiden. He is the evil assistant and caretaker to "Master" of 'Planetary Darkness', the villians. He has no pupils and his hair gradually fades into a darker red as it goes down. There are four indents on his right arm, which is the mark of "Master". The pentagram on his left arm is tattooed just above his elbow on the inside. Why it's there, we yet to know.
Didn't spend to much time on his appearance, but I like him.
