Chef Evan

Made for my friend ,

He requested that I draw his namesake character, Evan, in chef attire. I sketched a few times and realized right away that today wasn't going to be a good day for drawing...but I did it anyway. Pressing on is the best way to get better at drawing. The more I drew, the more I hated the poor quality...but the concept is cute. Sorry for the bad coloring job, but like I've already said...I have days where I can barely draw a chibi and color it with the burn and dodge tools, and then I have days where I can create images like that one I called "Spirits Are Blue". Extreme highs, extreme lows...I think my artistic ability is bipolar.

Here's Chef Evan, agonizing over (take your pick) 1--the bill that his girlfriend Rena has racked up, on HIS credit card!, or 2--the long list of things she STILL wants him to cook for her. Either one is fine with me.

Note: Rena is not pregnant, she just ate a lot and got chubby. See? She's happy and putting Evan to work for her.
