Well, it after struggling with a faulty Photoshop, that ruined my fist piece, I came back and remade my wallpaper.
Here's what I did:
Eragon and Saphira: Extracted from separate pic.
Fire: Complete effect contained lots of merged layers, touched up with a filter or two, blending modes, merged together and smudged.
Background: Modor Background I found on Google.
Text: Dark Crystal Text, embeveled and Stroke.
