Quite awhile since my last upload on SA and I'm glad that I finally got the time and patience to finish this song. 100 % original of course.
It's a piece of
melodical metal, mixed with several styles of awesomeness...Naa, just kidding. Judge for yourself...but don't get fooled by the calm intro, it's just to prepare you for some headbanging! Ay!? ;D
I think I also managed to archive a tad better soundquality with this one as well. More kicking drums and thicker guitar sound. Still searching for a good bass tone though but I think I'm getting thar.
So, what is this song saying? Hence the name or imagen your own story for it, I guess it would be pretty interesting to see what others are thinking about it. I've made my conclusions, thats for sure...
Sadly, I deleted all my project files for this by accident after the final mixdown. ;( Normally I wanted to listen to it again with some fresh ears but it can't be helped...which means that this is really the final version. Don't ask how it happened...I was just beeing stupid. lol. Ah well, shit happens.

I know it's almost stereotypical, but I had scenes of a half-classical half-magical battle running through my head. With other scenes mixed into it showing the reasons for their fighting.
Later on both bloody and out of breath, realizing their equal strength, but neither of them wants to give in and surrender. So they have to continue their battle and hope for luck to decide the winner.

It sounds like a song of no return. Going into a final battle knowing that
there can be only one true winner or outcome. It has a very epic feel to
it. I dare to even say it treads along the lines of Sonic Adventure type
music but it retains it's own originality. To sum it up in two words,

Pretty damn sick, man! So, are you going to get a version up with vocals? 2:12 has some freakin' sweet pinch harmonics in the riff! You're right too, the sound quality is definitely improved.
