This was done for
THE BIRD SHIP FORUMS (JOIN NOW!!!!) Becuase the sig couldn't contain the thing I wanted to quote. (too many characters) So I made it into a flash file and coded it to scroll up and down when you move your mouse. There's even a precaution preventing you from scrolling off the screen.
