It needs to be said: They're NOT raping/molesting him, and it's nothing dirty.
It was intended that they were just teasing him. The Prince (the tall boy) was rather reclusive because he lost his family young, and is alone whenever he's not hanging out with his friends. Those friends are the types that hug people and sit in people's laps and stuff. When they noticed that he was uncomfortable with that, they'd be all affectionate with him just to bother him. And Clara was usually the one spurring everyone to tease him.
So here, Clara had told the siblings (not twins) to gang up on the Prince. And since by this point, they're in their low teens, they decide that hitting on him would be good fun.
They're kidding around, not molesting x< *hates the placement of the male sibling's hands, and wonders why they're there* ... To hold him still I think.

Hmm. Well, honestly, if you hadn't mentioned about the hands, I probably wouldn't have noticed. Still, it is a cute pic, friends teasing friends, good tomes from when we're younger. Fond memories. I think everyone has some of those. Even if we were never hit on by our friends who are siblings.
